why does my mouse speed change every so often?

well i would turn off my computer and when i turn it on the next day the mouse speed sometimes changes, and its getting sorta annoying to keep changing it back

what mouse drivers are you using? logitech?

no im using a no name brand mouse driver that u just plug and play. but every since i changed the screen refresh rate to the highest rates i can get so its better on my eyes (i heard) the mouse speed keeps changing and i gotta keep changing it back.
