heatercore fan question

i have a single heatercore radiator that can equipped with a 120mm fan, i was wondering if i should make the fan blow cold air onto the rad. or have it acting as an exhaust fan.

well on every fan on the radiator.. its a exhaust fan. I actully did alittle test. On my aquarius III that i used to use, i added a extra fan. I used it as a exhaust. I also but a extra radiator in there too. But i thought about it alittle.. if i make it a intake and make it so the air is going into the fins of the radiator wont it cool off the water better? well i was wrong. It actully made it hotter. So make it exhaust.

Have to remember the fins are releaseing the heat...so if you have the fan as intake...it blows the hot air from the fins..right back at the fins...hence will be hotter.

isn't it the same thing the other way around? if it's exhaust?
