After you put the computer together, you turn it on, and go to the BIOS. Usually by hitting DEL or F1 at the post screen. Then you would go to the boot sequence or boot priority, and set the cd or dvd drive as the first priority boot device. Then save the settings, and restart. At this point you insert the Windows CD, and just follow instructions from there, to complete the installation process. After you're done, you should be at the Windows desktop area. This is where you would insert the driver CD that comes with the motherboard. You install the necessary drivers, and restart when needed to do so. Then you update Windows, through the Windows Update website.
