Uhh...that's an AM2 board. It's not compatible with that cpu. I'd also get a better PSU, but maybe that's just me...

Everything is fine except for one BIG problem. The Core 2 Duo's support LGA 775 sockets and you still have an AM2 mobo. Get the Biostar 965PT for about 14 bucks more and be happy.

Motherboard's ok now. But you're still getting a $135 case...and a $22 power supply. Seems unbalanced IMHO.
