Guys what sort of problems would arrise from haveing a heat sink sat askew on a cpu i dont meen majorly askew like half on half off i meen just not sitting totally right

If there's a gap between the heatsink and the CPU, the CPU will surely get hot and crash the computer. It is possible to damage the CPU at this point.

If the heatsink is not "perfectly centered" on the CPU, but is on top of the CPU and fastened down, there should be no issues.
