Need Help With Choice of Sound Card...

Okay I know, I know, I got those new Altec Lansing Hi-Powered Surround Speakers with the 8" subwoofer and still using a Creative SB-16 Basic, yeah that is pretty screwed up huh?? I am looking at the Creative MP3+ USB Sound Card, the Sound Blaster Extigy USB, the MP3+ Audigy PCI, Gamer+ Audigy PCI. So Are their any better sound cards out there? Well then what are they and about how much am I gonna scream when I see my credit card statement?
