Zune program will not launch

I have tried everything to launch my zune its currently a 80 gb, version 3.30(39)

bootloader 1620

everytime i click on the zune icon it says:


Zune needs to close for instruction on correcting this error go to the url below in a web browser

Error message when you start the Zune software on Windows XP/Vista/7

Ive tried that and it does not work

Plz help or if anyone can tell me how to put movies on my zune without using the Zune program it would greatly be appreciated

nope nothing still will not launch program
