In the news today:

The collapse of a platform during a shoot for a zombie movie in west Toronto has injured 16 people, police say.

Ten of the sixteen were taken to hospital after falling from a platform while they were working on a scene from the film Resident Evil: Retribution at the Cinespace Film Studios at 777 Kipling Ave. north of the Queensway Thursday morning.

The incident occurred when the performers were moving between two platforms. The wheeled platform shifted suddenly, causing the people aboard it to fall about 1.5 metres, said Toronto police Const. Wendy Drummond.

The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, she said. The injuries range from bruises to broken bones.
Emergency workers said their jobs were made more difficult by the fact that the injured were dressed like zombies, which made it hard to determine which injuries were real.

Waiting for this followup:

"The makeup the performers were wearing at the time of the incident infected the open wounds. Unbeknownst to the producers the makeup that was used was manufactured in a plant in Japan that had been contaminated during the Fukushima nuclear disaster. The patients died not long after arriving at the hospital, only to become reanimated shortly thereafter. These "walking dead" have been terrorizing the greater Toronto area for the last week, infecting those that they come in contact with. It seems that the universe has a sense of irony."

ROFL!
Lol a fall of 1.5 meters, intense.
Also, **** YEAH RESIDENT EVIL!!! Didn't know they were making another, googling googling googling yeah!

Should consider a group of people falling, and it's quiet possibly onto very hard surfaces. Falling 1.5 meters onto a pipe is different from falling 1.5 meters onto the ground. ;)
