The only thing is, I would UNCHECK the boot screen, it's pretty pixelated and ugly

Just go to MSConfig, click on the BOOT.INI tab and uncheck /NOGUIBOOT. What that does is completely disable the Windows XP Splash screen, the same flag and loading bar you've seen for five years. Oh and it'll also take off a second or two from your boot time. Cheers!

Well, I meant uncheck it when the installer is running, so it just doesn't change anything and still uses XP's bootscreen

I know, but I'm sure some of us are sick of seeing that damn thing for five years in a row, everytime the computer is turned on.
