XP Start Menu

How do I organise all the programmes in Start Menu / All Programmes into folders such as Utilities, Internet, Music etc.

Click Start->Run... type "Start Menu" and hit <enter>. Then open up the Programs folder, and you can make new folders (ie. Utilities, etc) and move your existing folders into them.
