Xbox one Streaming from PC

Here we go,

Trying to Stream a mp4 from PC to xbox one and it plays for 1 minute then just quits? seriously how can they call this a all-in-one entertainment center when it can't even do the basic functions of a $20 dvd player from the dollar store?

I have yet to see a $20 DVD player from the dollar store be capable of streaming from my media server... Aside from that, are you sure the file conforms exactly to what the XB1 can read/display?

If it's anything like the 360 then it can only stream MP4 from a local source, not over the network. Some are saying the Xbox One has worse codec support than the 360, which was already abysmal to begin with.
