Currently I am running an ECS GF 8200A motherboard with OCZ DDR2 800MHz ram 4x1GB and I am considering upgrading to this.

Same price, but Free Shipping. Has 710 South Bridge, so it'll give you a chance to unlock that 4th core of the 720. I'd get this board, unless you're wanting to SLI, if that's what you want, you've got a pretty decent board picked out.

Actually I got saw that RAM for 85 so I bought it. and originally I didnt want to do SLI but I might be getting a little money to spend on my PC soon so I might pic up another GTX 260 to pair with the one I have.
