Would a 12ms response time effect gaming much?

12ms is fine. thats what i use and you have to work really hard to see screen lag.

psht, this monitor is 25ms and I don't even notice any 'screen lag' with it.

Timings are overrated, but this one also isn't as crisp as my friends which is newer.
