Wireless, USB or Ethernet?

That all depends on what you are doing...

Wireless (usually) works at 54Mbps, (depending on the card you have)
Ethernet will work at either 10Mbps or 100Mbps (depending on the card you have)
and USB 1 works are 12Mbps
USB at 480Mbps

so USB 2 is fastest...

of course if your wireless is working from a USB adapter plugged into a USB1 port then that is reduced to 12Mbps (same if your ethernet is a USB adapter).

of course your internet connection is likely to be much lower speeds than all of these... so it won't really make a difference.

It's a toss-up. Ethernet works at around 10Mbps, while wireless claims they can transfer 54Mbps, in the real world, they're going to give you around the same- 10Mbps, or a little higher. Depends on distance, objects, phones, etc.

Your 802.11b Will Only Transfer At 11Mbps.Ethernet Would Be Best Because Even Though USB Can Be Faster Your Router Will Only Support 10/100Mbps So Usb Wouldnt Be Better.
