Wireless Trouble or Internet Interference?

So I recently moved back home and realize that I get pretty good wireless internet around the house, with the exception of my bedroom and the guest bedroom (which are side-by-side) and get 0 Bars for the majority of the day. At first, I thought it was router problems, so we upgraded to the Netgear WNDR4000

When that didn't work we contacted the internet provider who upgraded our connection speed, which didn't change anything either. The part that stumps me is that around 10PM at night those rooms do get internet and it goes away around 6AM. At this point I'm not sure what the problem is.

Help?

Most wireless products allow you to change their channels to solve interference problems. Changing channels on a wireless router requires using your computer. Avoid the router's uppermost and lowest channels if you have a 2.4-GHz analog phone.
