Written in Autohotkey, 7plus is a project which tries to make working with Windows much more comfortable by adding features to explorer, window handling, and lots of other small tweaks.

i think its soulphire that always suggesting ppl use autohotkey.

this reinforces the fact that it has powerful scripting capabilities.

I'm opting not to download and install as to not gunk up my fresh 7 box. i may suggest others to try though.
