Windows Updates

Since when you're online your computer serves as a P2P server for others to rape your updates off your computer, I doubt if the M$ masters are going to let you turn off any updates.
If you're are on a as you go ISP then that could run you right in to your cap toot sweet.

By the way you really need to let helpers know what OS your running when you ask for OS specific help.

That's the only way stop them. Which version of Windows 10 do you have, Home or Pro? If you have Pro then you can Defer updates for a few months Deferring upgrades in Windows 10 - Windows Help -

Hi.
I have W10 Home and am on a metered connection. Therefore I can select which updates I require and manually download them. I would like to delete from my PC those which I have no intention of downloading.
