Windows photo gallery printing problem

does anyone else have a problem with windows photo gallery not prinitng black colours and only outlines? it will print all other colours apart from black. it is really annoying me and i cant see in any options for a way to turn it off.

i have a canon ip4000 if that helps.

I'm not very familiar with Windows Photo Gallery. I'm running XP and my default picture viewer is the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. For this reason I can't quite resolve your problem, but I may be able to find a work-around solution. If you're just trying to print photos you should download PAINT.NET and open it from there. You will be able to do some easy editing too if it needs be.
