Windows keeps rebooting by itself

i downloaded the fdisk boot thing from novell's website to remove GRUB, and put it on floppy, i ran it, typed in fdisk /mbr and command line, then it just starts rebooting insanely by itself, and i cant get the computer on.......wat do i do?

try resetting the bios, and check if everything is working smoothly on ur mobo, can u reload ur OS on it??
