Windows Installer Error!!!

When i try to install Alochol 120% i get this error message:

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe
mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly
installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

WTF??? How can i fix this??

i have never used that prog, before, but have you tried to un-install it, then boot up to safe mode & install it...

i usually install stubborn & sensitive prog's in safe mode to make shure that another app does not interfer with the install.
