Windows 8 recovery and install

Hi I am having issues with my computer I suspect it might be the drivers and I want to do a "remove everything and reinstall windows" I click on it and the settings just goes off. Likewise if I try to go on the app store it shuts off I have restarted the computer etc and nothing has happened thanks jamie!

Have you made any recent changes to your computer? Have you made a restore point?

No, there was a problem with the startup and things it a month old it's ridiculous not like its cheap either!
