Windows 7 password

Hello there, i have a problem.
I have a computer with windows 7 on it. The login password is long about 13-14 char, do you know a method to avoid it, without restoring or deleting it?

Why are u tryin to avoid it, if know it then log in an change it to a shorter one or turn it off completly. If u don't know it I'm not going to help u bypass it, sorry but that might be your pc, you could have stole it.

So i stole this computer, and i want to broke into it, but without deleting the password? On a stolen computer?
Does this sound strange only to me?

Sorry, but i'm not a thief.
The computer is my sisters's pc, and why i want to do this is not of your business.
I Don't know the password, all that i know is it's length and that brute force is not working!

Brute force will always work, it just takes time: lots of time.

Since by the sounds of it she doesn't want you in so we can't help you. Ask her for the password if you need to get in and have her permission.
