I always turn off any history features found immediately in Windows. Last apps, search items, recent documents, etc...
However, by chance I found this:
I played these files and they don't show in the recent documents since I turned it off, but by chance, while I was looking for media, I found those two items. They are not files, Windows calls them History Items. The name suggests they are history records even after disabling the feature that should supposedly do that. Isn't this a breach of privacy by Windows? Well any way I don't this to happen. I want to prevent them from showing up or at least know how to clear them. I can't even delete them as a group, I need to do it item by item.
