Window moved

I tried to send this once but it failed, at least I wasn't taken to where it should have been displayed, here it is again;

Not sure if I'm using the correct terms here, the window? screen? suddenly jumped to the left by 6cm, it didn't shrink, I now have 6cm at the left, out of view, & a 6cm gap on the right, & I can't push or pull it as usual, it's the one where I view incoming emails, others are OK,where I'm typing this is normal, ie central, it makes it very awkward, any ideas please?

Is it the whole window? Can you move it if you alter the display with the monitor?

Thanks guys it's OK now, it suddenly flicked back.
