win2k inaccessable boot device

I get a blue screen sayin "inaccessable boot device" booting my win2k. I put in my win2k cd and try to repair my windows, but when it ask me for my administrator password I don't know wut it iz. Pls help me get passed this password prompt. OR if you know of any other solution for the "inaccessable boot device" PLS let me know. THX for all your help

Are you installing this externally? Or on a Network Boot?

I only have one hdd and it boots normally, but right after the windows screen that blue screen comes up. I haven't ran the emergency repair disk yet. Maybe that will help repair my boot files.
