Will this build work?

I am making a new gaming pc and I want to know if it will work. I would also like personal opinions on how you would build yours. Now here is the build:

~Biostar A880G+ AM3 mobo (need to know if this will bottleneck my games.)

~XFX HD-687A-ZHFC

~AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
>Logisys ICE EDGE 300 CPU cooler

~Kingston HyperX Blu (2x4gb) 1333 MHz 240 pin

~Sentey Optimus Extreme GS-6000 Case

That is what I'm buying from newegg as of right now. I have a spare hdd, power supply, and optical drive that I will be using.

i see a lot of room for improvement:

what is your budget? what hdd and powersupply do you have? and do you already have a copy of windows that you are going to use, otherwise you will need to buy a copy of that too...

650w power supply from best buy my dad bought and never used. 500gb hitachi in my current computer with vista 64-bit. my budget is $500 i dont need the cpu cooler right now but its basically $11. I forgot to mention that i will be using a 1440x900 resolution monitor.

The brand is very important on the power supply, not just how many watts it has. Where are you buying your parts from?
