Yes, all the specs seem fine, just get prepared for the long wait of downloading and installation of WoW Patches, And Dell are a good brand, my pc is still running fine no problems (and no signs of problems) after 3 1/2 years, DELL.
 
Yeah, that video card should run it just fine. Plus it's an Area 51 which is made for gaming.
