will the 8800 gtx/ultra get an update?

just wondering if anyone here knows, or has good reason to believe that the GTX/ultra will be getting an upgrade. With the 8800gt out and comming drastically close to my ultra from what i hear, im wondering if they will come out with a refresh of the gtx/ultra's.

i have heard rumor that they will release new GTS's that may even be better than the GTX.

To me it seems obvious, if they can do it easily, that they will. but i do not know much about chips, manufacturing etc etc.

Doubt it. They will probably just fleece the people who still want the best of the best until stock runs out and release the new flagship sometime early next year.
