Will my system bottleneck this videocard?

Well, I plan on getting this card..

For all you lazy people..
X1600XT chipset -sapphire
590mhz core clock
Double pumped memory at 1380mhz
256mb onboard memory
128bit interface
Pci Ex

So my pc is..
Intel Pent 4, 3.0ghz
1gb 533mhz ddr2 memory
160gb harddrive

Now, If i get that card, will my current system bottleneck it. And make it just useless?

well 3GHz is pretty decent for a P4 system and if you're looking at another gig of ram try to get dual channel and if u get 2 gigs no more page file

Haha, Well the VM wouldnt be a problem, if i had a faster hard drive. But 7200 isnt fast enough for good VM. But i need to get the ram for like 60bucks. If anyone knows where to get it that cheap.. I only need value ram. It all works the same for me

That's a nice card... I want to get the 512mb x1900xt... lol... anyways, yeah, the gig of ram will be an addition and, although you can't expect performance like an amd, the p4 at 3ghz is still good enough. Run 3dmark05 and tell us what you get!

Thats assuming that i get my old computer sold, and the video card bought.. then, find a way to get some cash for the gig of ram..
