Will the Mugen 2 Cpu Cooler Fit in my case?

Yes it will. way i figure;

your case is 240mm wide
mugen is 160mm
motherboard to tray 10mm (prob a bit less)
tray to side of case 15mm (overcompensating)
side fan + thickness of case window. 22mm

240mm-160mm-10mm-15mm-22mm = 33mm, plenty of clearance to play with.

Its fits on the Crosshair III formula, there a list over on the forums here looks like it fit most boards, should be fine.
