Another Option:
Get a couple Power Line adapters and you can bring the ethernet right to the room. If you need to have wireless in that area, then connect a wireless router to the power line adapter in the room that you need the wireless in. The only thing you should have to configure would be the wireless router in the room you need the wireless in
If you do not need wireless, then your done. Just connect your ethernet line into your pc from the power line adapter
