check on the manufacturers site if they do linux drivers for your model. i doubt it but its possible. there might be some third party ones if its a decent adapter.
There is a program called "NDISWRAPPER" that enables Linux to use Windows drivers (From what igather) for your wireless,I couldnt firgure it out though
I got nidswrapper working for my card with windows drivers but that was with BackTrack a different distro. But it should be nearly the same I would think. Search google with ndiswrapper and your distro.
