Why Wont My Site Load?

I used Fantastico To Install Joomla,at first i was having no problems getting into it,now all of a sudden my URL isnt working,

OR

http://dropshipguide.icr38.net/


I Get a 404 Error,i get the same 404 error when i try going to the website on my phone and my proxy..

Yet i have no problems gettingto the files via FTP.

EDIT;I Found the problem,because i deleted the defaul manue in joomla that is why it wouldnt load,problem all fixed now.
