Why do I keep getting this error. Please somone help.

It happens when im doing video editing the software just freezes up and doesnt respond. This happens with windvd software and the windows movie maker. Does anyone know why this is happening.

What happens before the error? Does it try to compile the movie, burn the movie to DVD, or just launching up?

It ususally does it when im importing a video to edit or when im in the process of doing editing.
