Enlgish, Dells are great for lower end computesr such as this. Although, my internet is being really weird, but then its fully working again, ill get you some parts. All I can say right now, is a 160gb hard drive, pent D 805, 512value ram, x300se video card, or even as high as a x700. Or for nVidea, anywhere form a 6200 to a 6600.
