well, so far the q6600 seems to have, lets hope i can find someway to get $40 in the next two weeks...
quick question about the Q6600
whats the difference between the G0 and the B3?
and if i went to a store, how can i tell which one it is, or should most be the recent one.

EDIT- So i googled it, and it seems like the G0 is better for OC because its cooler than the B3, and one way to find out is to look at the sticker on the CPU box.
But are there still mixed G0 and B3 out there?

Yes its still mixed, i was lucky and got a G0

If you order a Q6600 now and get a B3, I would buy you a Q6600 G0 out of pity. It would be extremely unlucky to receive a B3 now.

What you should be more worried about it getting something with a <1.3V VID.

haha, i was about to say the same thing.
I dont think i would really care which one i get, as long as i get one, i will be satisfied in having a really good computer.
I think i am only going to OC the processor to 3.0GHz, seems like it would be enough for my needs, and if i need more, then i will oc it more.
Just hope i can find a motherboard to fit the OCZ Vendetta 2 HSF.
