an E7200 with an Antec Trio Power (or others for the price range of $60)
or an Q6600 with an Xion 450 watt for $20?
I will try to switch the Xion PSU with another, but it probably wont happen until probably the end of november/december.
I am not ordering the parts till next month.

Xion 450 watt :(

yuck.... The Q6600 is a great proc though...

I don't see why'd you get the Q6600 and 450w PSU over the E7200

Then I realised the Q6600 has a bigger cache..but i still suggestion the E7200..or upgrade the duo to a slightly better one.

The Q6600 For sure! But find an Antec PSU for that price range.

Also. In your earlier post I thought you decided you couldnt afford the Q6600

an antec for $20?
the cheapest i found was $50.
which was the Basiq, and Earthwatts.
The basiq OEM is $40, but theres the $10 Shipping.

i got paid $60 from helping my friend at work, so now i got another $60 to spend, and if i get a cheaper PSU, then i can use the rest on the CPU.

I would still get the Q6600. It furture proofs you a little. And you can always upgrade the PSU at a later time.

think theres going to be an Q6600 price drop in the next couple of weeks?
haha:D

well, so far the q6600 seems to have, lets hope i can find someway to get $40 in the next two weeks...
quick question about the Q6600
whats the difference between the G0 and the B3?
and if i went to a store, how can i tell which one it is, or should most be the recent one.

EDIT- So i googled it, and it seems like the G0 is better for OC because its cooler than the B3, and one way to find out is to look at the sticker on the CPU box.
But are there still mixed G0 and B3 out there?
