Get the cheaper one. There's not much of a difference between the two. The HIS has slightly higher clock speeds, but the Sapphire one appears to have better cooling; these things probably won't mean much.

If you plan on overclocking, go with the Sapphire one because of (what appears to be) the better cooling system.

But if you don't want to delve into the world of OC'ing, go with the HIS card. IMO they are the exact same cards, just different cooling systems.
