Which tv should i pick?

So i am wanting a new 4k TV for watching tv on and playing my PS4 and soon to be PS5 on ive got these 2 in my options but i dont know which one.

Picture quality: TruMotion 100
HDR: HDR10 / Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG)
Catch-up TV & 4K streaming

Any opinion and tech expertise would be appreciated. I want the tv with the best picture and HZ.

I think that the Philips is better since it has better picture quality. As far as I understood it is important for you.

I thinks smart TV with android apps would be the best, more best would be 4k QHD
