Yes you can. Im pretty sure Dell cases are standerd ATXs so as long as the motherboard is atx. Their cases might not have the mounting holes to install a micro atx motherboard so I would just stick with a regular atx motherboard. Other then that just maje sure it supports your memory/hard drive/cpu
