Which one of these graphics cards should I get? Also, can you tell me the maximum amount of memory my I can get for the graphics card?

All I see in the back of my computer is a VGA plug in, not an HDMI plug in, hope that helped. Also, can you tell me which one of those are better? If they all suck, can you recommend me a better one. I want to pay no more than $50-$70.

card 1-4 are all basically the same.
only real difference is the cooling design. not that the 6450 GPU are gonna get hot anyway. it's a low end card.

of those 4 AMD card's i'll go with number 3, because it's the cheapest.

i don't know if the 630 GPU is any better. but it doesn't really matter if it's a little better. those cards are not for gaming anyway.

Those are basic GPU's suited for HTPC and office PC. And playing older games on. As for DVI to VGA that will work if the videocard has DVI-I output. If it's DVI-D only you are stuffed.
