Which laptop should I buy?

I also noticed they come with Windows Starter, is that bad?

Windows Starter has the fewest features compared to other editions. From what I've heard its more for 3rd worl countries but in my honest opinion its for PCs that dont have fantastic specs. So bottom line Windows Starter, very few features and aesthetics but enough to go around on mobile computing.

As for the netbooks, if you're aiming for longer computing then ASUS (I would prefer this) where as the Toshiba processor is about 1.66GHz not so much difference to the ASUS btw also has older RAM and has a shaved battery life.
