which is faster mhz or ghz

Hahahahaha...I'm sorry if I sound mean, but I just had to laugh. Of course, sometimes it's understandable to mistake things or not know the terminology, but I just had to laugh. :p Yes, Ghz is faster than Mhz.

1Ghz = 1,000Mhz
1GB = 1,000MB

Get the relationship there?

Well technically, 1000mb doesnt equal 1 gigabyte in Window terms. 1024 mb = 1 gig.
Thats how the hard drive manufacturers rip you off, they calculate gig's in terms of a 1000 megabytes not 1024.

No, it's actually the consumer's fault for reading the fine print. Hard drive manufacturers actually put that disclaimer in the back in small letters, so you can't sue them over not having the actual amount of space.
