which graphics card to get?

i would change the PSU to either an Antec, FSP, PC Power and Cooling, Corsair, OCZ, Silverstone.

so i am guessing that after you get your Graphics card, and PSU.
Your next purchase would be a new CPU?

I saw your workstation pic in the gallery thread, you have a micro ATX case, correct? The 9800GTX is 10.5" long, there is very little chance that it will fit.

Just go with the 9800GT, it's more than enough for 1280x1024, it's cheaper, it's only 9" long, and YES, you will be able to play Crysis Warhead. I just finished that game BTW, it was one of the worst games I've ever played in my life, especially the cut scenes.

wow, thats a really small case... forgot how small mATX case were...
i dont think an 8800GT will fit, its pretty big.
how much can you move the HDD drive bay?

i got an 8800Gt to fit fine :)

i can move the hdd bays anywhere seeing as how the whole thing can be taken out

i think the 9800GTX is about 1.5" longer than an 8800GT
and 8800GT is 9"
and according to worshipme hhe 9800GTX is 10.5" long
