Where can i buy a legit Windows 7 ultimate 64 key

I have 32gb of ram but home premium only lets me use 16gb of it, sadly anytime upgrade has been stopped and the main microsoft website doesnt list windows 7 anymore.

I know windows 10 lets you use it all but i dont want or like it.
