Where and How to learn Java and/or C++.

I think C++ and Java are both OOPL so first of learn basic of C++ which guide you thoroughly about the OOPS.Java implement entire concept of OOPS.So I prefer if you have an idea of C then purchase a book of C++ and begin it yourself then Java should be introduced.

I have Visual Express c++ and for Java I have Eclipse..
