Whats the difference? i3, i5, i7

it'd be close. The single cores delivers half as much gflops as the pentium M, also single, at the same speed. The second core on the celeron might be virtual but it sits on faster everything else. Take the dual core atom and bump it up to 1.6 ghz I'd still say it'd be a close call. I'll try to find some benchmarks.
 
Depends on what's being done, really. Atoms are in-order processors, which tend to do simple tasks a bit better than out-of-order processors. The vice-versa is also true.

edit: The N330 is 1.6 stock, isn't it?
