My Father's Day stuff came in today. Yes, I bought it as my wife let me pick it out.

Char-Griller AKORN® Kamado Charcoal Grill, Graphite
https://www.chargriller.com/products/akorn-graphite-16620#

I also got the cover and Smokin' Stone for it.

Ordered and received the Inkbird Bluetooth Meat Thermometer, Four Probes for monitoring temps of grill/smoker as well as meat:

And here's the video that got me to wanting one of these four years ago. Loads more on it, looks super easy to use.

About a year ago I bought a 4-probe thermometer called a Fireboard 2 that people on pellet grilling forums raved about. Fireboard 2
I used it once and decided it wasn't worth the effort so haven't used it since. My Traeger grill came with a single probe that does what I need so I just use that.

Wireless meat thermometers, what a time to be alive. And here I thought I was ballin with a digital one.

I won't settle until all you do is put the food in the grill / oven and just press start. It monitors everything itself and cooks it too perfection and tells you when it's done perfectly. No temperature measuring or timing or anything like that yourself.

Even better would be a fridge freezer oven combo thing so you don't even have to take your meat out of the fridge and prepare it before you put it in the oven.

Why not take it a step further and just have replicators like on Star Trek lol. Computer, Earl Grey, hot.
