So my dad is giving me his old computer to toy around with (His hard drive got screwed up, but everything else is fine) and it was a top of the line computer in 1999/2000. Now my question is, should I stick with my integrated sound :)( ) or put in his 199/2000 top of the line creative sound card?

Well it's up to you. I've always used integrated sound and It works for my headphones so I'm happy. I don't see why people spend £50+ on sound cards

I'm just wondering what would be better for a lot music listening and occasional games.

Yeah I dont get it why people buy sound cards. Why would it sound different sorry for going off topic :p

I think that people who buy 7.1 surround sound speakers need a decent sound card, but my integrated one works fine for my wireless headphones, logitech headset and monitor speakers :)
