What would be a good company to get a 512mb ram stick for under $50?

I want to get two of these to equal 1 gig though I don't know if the board supports dual channel (or what dual channel even does). I don't think the board does since its a socket A with 3 ram slots.
Anyways what would be good to get? The system will not be overclocked. I was thinking about getting TwinMos.

Also does only certain ram sticks work with dual channel or do they all?

Get 1GB RAM from Crucial. They have both value and ballistix high-speed RAM.

if they are the same it has to be exactly the same type, cas and everything. but it's beter to get a pack of 2
